This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short, “the BNSS”), seeking quashment of the proceedings in C.C. No. 1493 of 2019 on the file of the Principal Junior Civil Judge-cum- XI Additional Metropolitan Magistrate at Rajendranagar, Cyberabad.
