ORDER

Heard Sri B.Vamshidhar Reddy, learned counsel for the appellant and Mr. P.C.Yadav, learned counsel for the respondent.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the appellant submits that he has filed an undertaking affidavit on 25.04.2026 undertaking the the following conditions unconditionally:

(a) I undertake to voluntarily vacate and hand over

peaceful and vacant possession of the suit schedule

property being Mulgi No.3-6-290/12, situated at

Hyderguda, Hyderabad, to the Respondent/Plaintiff on

or before 31st December 2026. The period of eight (8) months for vacation shall commence from 1st May 2026 and I shall vacate and deliver possession no later than 31st December 2026.

(b) I undertake to pay a sum of Rs.22,000/- (Rupees Twenty-Two Thousand only) per month towards rent for the suit schedule property during the said period commencing from 1st May 2026 and continuing until the date of actual vacation and delivery of possessio
