ORDER

The Contempt Case is filed seeking punishment to the respondent under Sections 10 to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, for wilful violation and disobedience in implementing the order dated 25.02.2025 passed by this Court in W.P.No.5581 of

2025 and to pass such other order or orders.

2. This Court, vide order dated 25.02.2025, disposed of W.P.No.5581 of 2025 directing respondent No.3 to pass appropriate orders on the proposals for passing of the bills proposed by respondent No.5 within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order and thereafter, respondent No.2 shall release the bills to the petitioner within a period of ten (10) days thereafter. Alleging non-compliance of the said order, the present Contempt Case has been filed.
