ORDER

The Contempt Case is filed seeking punishment to the respondent under Sections 10 to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, for wilful violation and disobedience in implementing the order dated 25.02.2025 passed by this Court in W.P.No.5581 of 2025 and to pass such other order or orders.

2. This Court, vide order dated 25.02.2025, disposed of W.P.No.5581 of 2025 directing respondent No.3 to pass appropriate orders on the proposals for passing of the bills proposed by respondent No.5 within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order and thereafter, respondent No.2 shall release the bills to the petitioner within a period of ten (10) days thereafter. Alleging non-compliance of the said order, the present Contempt Case has been filed.

3. Learned Government Pleader for Finance and Planning, appearing for the respondent, submitted that the order of this Court has been complied with and a copy of the letter dated 30.04.2026 to this affect is also filed.

4. Sri E. Deva, learned counsel representing learned counsel for the petitioner confirms that the order of this Court has been complied with.

5. In view of thereof, this Court is satisfied that the order dated 25.02.2025 passed in W.P.No.5581 of 2025 has been complied with. Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in this Contempt Case, shall stand closed.
