ORDER:

This writ petition is filed seeking the following relief:

“…to issue an order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of MANDAMUS declaring the action of the 5th Respondent in not allotting the shop to the petitioner in the 4th respondent Agriculture Market Committee Gudimalkapur by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 24.07.2023 and 05.12.2022 as the same allotment is pending for a period of last (13) years as arbitrary, illegal and in violation of Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents to allot service provider shop in the 4^th respondent Agriculture Market Committee, Gudimalkapur wherein there are seven (7) vacant shops
