This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 480 & 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 praying this Court to enlarge the petitioner on bail who is accused in FIR No.494 of 2026 of Miyapur Police Station, Cyberabad District. The offences alleged against the petitioner are under Sections 80, 85 of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (for short ‘BNS’) and under Section 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act (for short ‘D.P.Act’).

The brief facts of the case are that the de facto lodged a complaint before police on 01.04.2026 stating that he is an agriculturist residing in his native village and had two daughters and one son. About ten years ago, his elder daughter, Ishika Singh, aged about 26 years, working in marketing consultancy, came to Hyderabad for her education.
