This Criminal Revision Case is filed by the petitioner-

accused No.10 aggrieved by the order, dated 19.01.2026 in Crl.M.P.No.38 of 2025 in C.C.No.198 of 2021 passed by the learned Junior Civil Judge-cum-Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Alair, whereunder and whereby, the petitioner filed an application under Section 10 (c) of the Passport Act and 104 of Cr.P.C. seeking permission to travel abroad on the specified dates described in the petition, was dismissed.

2. Heard Sri K.V.V.Vedantha Charya, learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the record.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an employee of VST Tillers and Tractors. The petitioner being employee of the said company travelling abroad with the company instructions and n
