O R D E R
This Criminal Revision Case is filed by the petitioner- accused No.10 aggrieved by the order, dated 19.01.2026 in Crl.M.P.No.38 of 2025 in C.C.No.198 of 2021 passed by the learned Junior Civil Judge-cum-Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Alair, whereunder and whereby, the petitioner filed an application under Section 10 (c) of the Passport Act and 104 of Cr.P.C. seeking permission to travel abroad on the specified dates described in the petition, was dismissed.
2. Heard Sri K.V.V.Vedantha Charya, learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the record.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an employee of VST Tillers and Tractors. The petitioner being employee of the said company travelling abroad with the company instructions and not for personal works, as such travelling will not affect the proceedings C.C.No.198 of 2021. He further submits that the petitioner after filing necessary documents and permission, sought permission to travel abroad for limited period and he also issued travel schedule, but the learned trial Court dismissed the petition erroneously and hence, he prays to set aside the impugned order.

Considering the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner and taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is directed to file fresh application before the learned trial Court for the specific dates particularly for 8 dates i.e., 02.08.2026 to 10.08.2026 with all permissions and also necessary documents, as observed by the learned trial Court in the impugned order. On filing of such application, the learned trial Court is directed to dispose of the said application.
5. With the above observation, the Criminal Revision Case is disposed of.
Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
