The Writ Petition No.15524 of 2026 is filed by the petitioners with the following prayer:

“may issue a writ, order or direction, more particularly in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring GO Ms. No. 6 dt. 04.03.2026 issued by the 1^St respondent notifying a fee of Rs 45,000/ per student per annum in respect of the under-graduate engineering courses imparted by the petitioner for the block period 2025-26 to 2027-28 purportedly on the recommendations of the 2^nd respondent as ultra vires, arbitrary and illegal, vitiated by perversity and irrational conclusions of the 2^nd respondent, being in violation of the law declared by the Honble Supreme Court and this Hon’’ble Court apart from being violative of Articles 14, 19 of the Constitution of India and issue consequential directions to the respondents to notify the fee at Rs 75,000/ per student per annum as proposed by the petitioner in its proposal dt.19.12.2024 for the undergraduate engineering courses for the block period

2025-26 to 2027-28.”

2. The Writ Petition No.15489 of 2026 is filed by the petitioners with the following prayer:

“…For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit it is humbly prayed that this Honorable may issue a writ, order or direction, more particularly in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring GO Ms. No. 6 dt. 04.03.2026 issued by the 1^St respondent notifying a fee of Rs.45,000/ per student per annum in respect of the under-graduate engineering courses imparted by the petitioner for the block period 2025-26 to 2027-28 purportedly on the recommendations of the 2^nd respondent as ultra vires, arbitrary and illegal, vitiated by perversity and irrational conclusions of the 2^nd respondent being in violation of the law declared by the Hon’ble Supreme Court and this Hon’ble Court apart from being violative of Articles 14, 19 of the Constitution of India and issue consequential directions to the respondents to notify the fee at Rs. 75.000/-, per student per annum as proposed by the petitioner in its proposal dt.19.12.2024 for the undergraduate engineering courses for the block period

2025-26 to 2027-28 and pass…”

3. The Writ Petition No.15839 of 2026 is filed by the petitioner with the following prayer:

“…For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit it is humbly prayed that this Honorable Court issue a writ, order or direction, more particularly in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring GO.Ms. No. 6 dt. 04.03.2026 issued by the 1^St respondent notifying a fee of Rs.85,000/- per student per annum in respect of the under-graduate engineering course (B.E/B.Tech) imparted by the petitioner for the block period 2025-26 to 2027-28 purportedly on the recommendations of the 2^nd respondent as ultra vires, arbitrary and illegal, vitiated by perversity and irrational conclusions of the 2^nd respondent, being in violation of the law declared by the Hon’ble Supreme Court and this Hon’ble Court, being violative of Articles 14 and 19 of the constitution and issue consequential directions to the respondents to notify the fee at Rs.1,15,000/-, per student per annum as proposed by the petitioner in its proposal for the undergraduate engineering course (B.E/B.Tech) for the block period 2025-26 to 2027-28 and pass….”
