Heard Smt. Rajasri Manche, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing on behalf of the respondent Nos.1, 3 to 6 and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Forest appearing on behalf of the respondent Nos.2, 7 and 8.
