Heard Sri K. Venumadhav, learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Fisheries, appearing on behalf of respondents.

2. The petitioner approached the Court seeking prayer as under:

“…to issue an order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus or any appropriate writ declaring the action of the respondent No.5 authority in addressing a Letter No.47/C/2026 dated 06.03.2026 informing the petitioner society that after getting appropriate orders from the respondent No.2 authority, when the Chintala Cheruvu Tank situated at the petitioner’s village named Venkatapur, its water spread area is 69.26 Acres only, and not collecting the lease amount from the petitioner society, thereby not permitting to catch the fishes by the petitioner society in the said tank, as permitted earlier by the respondent No.5 by collecting lease amount, is nothing but arbit
