2. The petitioners approached this Court seeking the prayer as under:
“…to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring Para No.4 of the G.O.Rt.No.386 (Agriculture and Cooperation) (Coop-II) Department dated 14.08.2025 and the Order passed by the 3rd Respondent in Proceedings Rc.No.34/2025-C Dated 12.09.2025 as illegal, arbitrary, contrary to the provisions of the Telangana Cooperative Societies Act 1964 apart from being violative of Article 14 of the Constitution of India by setting aside the same and direct the respondents to continue the petitioners as Person Incharge Managing Committee of PACS Chendurthy, in the interest of justice and pass such other order.…”
