Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is questioning the action of the respondents in not including the name of the petitioner as a nominee of her husband Sri M.Mallesham in the family pension papers and also delete the name of the respondent No.4 from the family pension papers as per the agreement made between the petitioner and the respondent No.4 at Mahila Police Station, Warangal on

28.07.2021.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the petitioner’s husband Sr
