ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed to declare the action of respondent No.4 in not mutating her name in the revenue records in respect of land admeasuring Ac.0 – 39 gts in Sy.No.549/AA, situated at Chepyal Village, Mirdoddi Mandal, Siddipet District (hereinafter referred to as ‘subject property’) and incorporating the name of respondent No.5 in the latest pahani and 1-B namuna from the month of July, 2019, as illegal and arbitrary and for consequential relief.

Brief facts of the case as averred in the writ affidavit are that originally, one Dammu Rama Goud, was the owner and possessor of the subject property and his name was also reflected in the pahanies till 2015; that after the death of Rama Goud, his wife namely Dammu Rajavva, inherited the subject property and Fauti Virasat Patta was issued in her favour vide proceedings No.B/1024/2015, dated 31.05.2015 and her name was also reflected in the revenue records and further title deeds have also been issued to her; that basing on the said documents, petiti
