ORDER:

This writ petition is filed to direct the respondents to issue pattadar passbook and title deed to the petitioner pertaining to Sy.No.527 of Srinivasapuram Village, Kodad Division, Huzurnagar Mandal, Suryapet District, and consequently to mutate his name in the revenue records.

2. Heard Sri G. Subash, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, learned Government Pleader for Endowments and Sri Ch.Satish Kumar, learned Standing counsel for respondent No.4/temple.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that an extent of Ac.46-00 gts forming part of Srinivasapuram Village, Huzurnagar Mandal was assigned to petitioner along with 22 dalits in the local area and they are cultivating the same since 1989; that initially, the land was not suitable for cultivation, since the same was covered with hilly terrains, woods and undulations and that they made the said land cultivable by spending amount from their pockets; that since then, petitioner and others have been cultivating the said lands and eking out their livelihood, however, respondent No.4-temple started collecting lease amount from the petitioner and others withou
