When the matter is taken up for hearing, Ms.Sreekirti Taggarse representing Ms. Anjana Taggarse, learned counsel for petitioners and Sri G. Madhusudhan Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for GHMC, appearing for the respondent Nos.1 and 2, had submitted that the issue involved in this writ petition is squarely covered by the order dated 06.05.2026 passed by this Court in W.P.No.30575 of 2016 and batch and prayed to pass similar order.
2. Thus, following the order dated 06.05.2026 in W.P.No.30575 of 2016 and batch and for the reasons alike, this Writ Petition is dismissed in terms of the said order.
There shall be no order as to costs.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
