ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India seeking the following relief:

“…to issue a writ, order or a direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not considering and disposing of application of the petitioner dated 06.03.2020 for grant of permission for conducting of Paadayatra or Procession from Vallur Village (Jadcherla Mandal Mahabubnagar District) to the District Collectors Office, Mahabubnagar, via Udandapur Khanapur-Karukonda-Myasamma Road-Boyapalli gate, as being illegal, arbitrary, unreasonable, contrary to the provisions of Telangana District Police Act, 1329 Fasli and violative of Articles, 14, 19, 21, and 300-A of the Constitution of India and issue a consequential direction directing the respondents to consider and dispose of the said application and direct to grant permission to the petitioner for conducting of Paadayatra or Procession in accordance with law and pass....”

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.D.Pradeep, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the cause of action in the present writ petition no longer survives for adjudication and, therefore, seeks dismissal of the writ petition as infructuous.

4. Recording the submission of the learned counsel, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
