: ORDER :
This writ petition filed to declare the action of respondent No.4 in failing to implement the orders passed in Proceedings No. MUT/05/26/01246/2018, dated 24.12.2018, under Section 5(2) of the Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1971 , by not effecting mutation in the revenue records and by not issuing Pattadar Passbooks and Title Deeds in the names of the petitioners in respect of their ancestral lands admeasuring Ac. 0.16 guntas in Survey No. 252, Ac. 0.27 guntas in Survey No. 253, and Ac. 0.14 guntas in Survey No. 255, situated at Chandradhana Village, Talakondapalli Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, as illegal and arbitrary and for consequential relief.
2. Sri Mohd.Razak, learned counsel representing Sri Shafath Ahmed Khan, learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, are present.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication and the same has become infructuous.
4. Recording the aforesaid submission of learned counsel for the petitioners, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
