O R D E R :

With the consent of both parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage.

2. Heard Sri Puli Varun, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Stamps and Registration, appearing for the respondents.

3. Aggrieved by the action of respondent No.2 in not considering the online Slot Booking and Advisory Application No.2600464705 for registration of the agricultural land bearing Sy.No.1099/11/1 admeasuring an extent of Ac.0.1500 gts situated at Ootpalle village, Bodhan Mandal, Nizamabad District, having TD-cum-Pass Book No.T11040370593, (hereinafter referred to as “the subject property”), the present Writ Petition is filed.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner secured a valid online slot in accordance with the procedure contemplated under the Telangana Bhu Bharati (Record of Rights in Land) Rules, 2025 (for short, “the Rules”), the Registering Authority is not completing the registration process.

5. Learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that the official respondents will act in accordance with law.

6. Having regard to the submissions made above, this Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the Registering Authority to receive and process the documents presented by the petitioner pursuant to Slot Booking and Advisory Application No. 2600464705, in accordance with law, subject to the petitioner complying with the provisions of the Rules, within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It will be open to the Registering Authority to refuse the documents presented before him, if he has any objection, after assigning reasons for such refusal and communicate the same to the petitioner. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case as to the entitlement of the petitioner to get the subject documents registered.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
