During investigation, the applicant was arrested on 08.12.2024, and, thereafter, the charge-sheet was filed on 03.02.2025, wherein the present applicant is charge-sheeted for the offences punishable under Sections 6 4(2)(m), 87, 137(2) of BNS, 2023 read with Section 5(l)/6 of the POCSO Act .
