Now, in com pliance t o t he order passed by t his Court on 19.11.2024, a det ailed affidavit has been filed on behalf of respondent no. 3 disclosing t he det ails of m ovable and im m ovable propert ies. He also subm it s t hat t here is no locker eit her in t he nam e of t he pet it ioner or his wife. Mr. Dushyant Mainali, lear ned 6. counsel for t he pet it ioner by giving reference of page 9 and 10 of t he SI T report wherein det ails of various im m ovable propert ies has been given in which som e of t hem are agricult ural land and som e of t hem are resident ial flat s and subm it s t hat no sale deed in respect
of t hese im m ovable propert ies has been enclosed. 7. Learned counsel for respondent no. 3 seeks four weeks’ t im e t o file t he copy of sale deeds and ot her deeds in reference t o t he propert ies as shown at page 9 of t he SI T report . 8. Tim e, so prayed, is grant ed. 9. Let respondent no. 3 m ay file count er affidavit giving det ails by enclosing all t he deeds in respect of t he propert y as shown in t he SI T report . 10. Learned counsel for t he pet it ioner also seeks four weeks’ t im e t o file t he response t o t he affidavit filed by respondent no. 3 as well as official respondent . 11. Put up t his m at t er on 24.02.2024 on t op of t he board. 12. I nt erim order, grant ed earlier, shall cont inue t ill t he next dat e of list ing. 13. At t his j unct ure, since SI T already subm it t ed it s report , no int erference of t he CBI is required and t here is no necessit y eit her t o get inst ruct ions or t o file affidavit , t herefore, for t he t im e being, t he CBI is not being t reat ed as a cont est ing respondent .
