Ramnagar, District Nainital, wherein, the present applicant and four others namely Raju Rawat, Sagar Manral, Pankaj and Karan have been implicated by one Noor Jahan W/o Nasir for the offences punishable under Sections 109 and 190 of BNS, 2023. 4.
