This matter is taken up before the National Lok Adalat, held on 12th November, 2022.

This matter has been placed before the “Lok Adalat”, on the basis of the settlement, which had been made by the respective counsels on 10.10.2022, before the coordinate Bench of this Court.

The parties are not present today, but the parties are duly represented by their respective Counsels.

The Second Appeal arises out of the suit for money decree for the payment of Rs.3,63,840/-. The suit stood decreed by the judgment of the learned Trial Court dated 06.08.2007, which was reversed by the First Appellate Court in Civil Appeal No.26 of 2007, by the judgment rendered on 09.01.2008. The respondents, who are represented by Mr. Pulak Raj Agarwal, have made a statement at bar, that all the money, which was due to be payable under the suit has already been received by the plaintiff.
