This is an Anticipatory Bail Application.
2. Heard Mr. Deep Chandra Joshi, learned counsel for applicants and Mrs. Sweta Badola Dobhal, learned Brief Holder for respondent.
3. Mr. Deep Chandra Joshi, Advocate, submitted that the applicants were granted regular bail in Case Crime No.575 of 2025 under Sections 115(2), 190, 191(2), 191(3), 351(3) and Section 352 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, registered at Police Station Pathri, District Haridwar. Now, Section 109 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 has been added. Non-bailable warrants have been issued against the applicants. He further submitted on instruction that the applicants undertake that upon the cancellation of the non-bailable warrants, issued against the applicants, they shall continue to appear before the concerned Court.
4. Mrs. Sweta Badola Dobhal, learned Brief Holder, has sought two weeks’ time to file objection to the anticipatory bail application.
