2. Mrs. Sweta Badola Dobhal, learned Brief Holder, submitted that the instruction has not been received from the Investigating Officer. She has sought further time to get instruction.

3. In the interest of justice, time is granted, but on the cost of Rs.5,000 (Rupees Five Thousand) imposed on the Investigating Officer.
