1. Mr. Ghanshyam Joshi, learned counsel for the petitioner.
2. Mr. Rajeev Singh Bisht, learned Additional C.S.C. for the State of Uttarakhand.
3. Petitioner contends that he participated in a selection for appointment as Urdu Teacher, which was held in 2003; he was selected for appointment, however, he was not called for appointment.
4. By means of this writ petition, petitioner has sought the following reliefs:-
(i) To issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the order dated 01.02.2018 passed by the respondent no. 3 (Annexure no. 4 to the writ petition).
(ii) To issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents to appoint the petitioner on the post of Assistant Teacher (Urdu) on any vacant post at any place in the District of Nainital and in case no vacant post is left the respondents be directed to create one supernumerary post for the petitioner and give him the appointment on that post.

petitioner, however, relies upon some information received by petitioner under RTI Act, according to which, some vacancies are still available.
7. This Court cannot go into the issue raised by petitioner at this belated stage. However, this Court thinks that ends of justice would be met, if petitioner is permitted to approach the Competent Authority by making representation.
8. The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of with liberty to petitioner to make representation to the Competent Authority. If petitioner makes such representation within two weeks from today, decision thereupon shall be taken by the Competent Authority, as per law, within four months thereafter.
