1. Mr. Siddhant Manral, learned counsel for the petitioners.

2. Complaint filed by petitioner was dismissed for non-prosecution by State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, vide order dated 16.12.2024. Petitioner preferred appeal which was dismissed by National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, New Delhi, vide order dated 16.05.2025. Petitioner thereafter approached Hon’ble Supreme Court by filing Special Leave to Appeal (Civil) No. 25022 of 2025, which was permitted to be withdrawn, reserving liberty to the petitioners to invoke the alternative remedy available to them in the light of law laid down in M/s Universal Sompo General Insurance Co. Ltd. Vs. Suresh Chand Jain &

another.

3. Petitioners are now before this Court challenging the order passed by State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission as well as National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission.

4. Let notice be issued to the respondent, returnable within four weeks.

5. Steps to be taken within 48 hours.

6. List this case on 12.02.2026.
