By means of the instant petition, the petitioner seeks the following reliefs:-
i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Certiorari calling for the record and quashing Clause 8 ‘Age’ of the Advertisement dated 13.11.2025 (Annexure No.04 to the writ petition), so far as it provides the upper age limit of 42 years for participating in the selection process inasmuch as no provision for relaxation has been provided in favour of the candidates working as Medical Officer on contract basis in the Department.
ii) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the candidature of the petitioner for granting relaxation in upper age limit in favour of the petitioner for participating in the regular selection process initiated on
