Proposed Revisionist was convicted under Sections 323, 325, 504 and 506 of IPC, and was sentenced to undergo simple imprisonment for a period of three months under Section 323 of IPC; and was sentenced to undergo simple imprisonment for a period of five years under Section 325 of IPC; and was sentenced to undergo six months simple imprisonment under Section 504 of IPC, and was sentenced to undergo simple imprisonment for a period of six months simple imprisonment under Section 506 of IPC vide judgment and order dated 03.06.2025, passed by the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Champawat.
