3. The present Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been filed with the following prayers:-

“(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents not to arrest/take any coercive measure against the petitioner pursuant to the impugned FIR No. 0027/2025 dated 16.12.2025, under Section 376, 506 IPC, registered at P.S. Gopeshwar, Chamoli.

(ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents not to arrest/take any coercive measure against the petitioner pursuant to the impugned FIR No. 0027 of 2025 dated 16.12.2025, under Sections 376 and 506 IPC, registered at Police Station Gopeshwar, Chamoli. ”
