The applicant- Salman is in judicial custody for the offence punishable under Section 29 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 in Case Crime No.386 of 2025, registered at Police Station Bahadrabad, District Haridwar.

2. The First Bail Application (No.2032 of 2025) was dismissed as withdrawn on 19.12.2025 granting liberty to the applicant to file afresh.

3. According to the First Information Report dated 05.10.2025, the police recovered 35.31 gm smack from the co-accused Vijay Kumar. He was arrested. Vijay Kumar told the police that he was going to sell the recovered smack to Salman (applicant). He and Salman sell smack in schools and colleges around Roorkee.
