(2) Petitioners have approached this Court for protection. According to them, they were in love and they got married as per Hindu rites and customs on 18.12.2025 and due to their marriage against the wish of relatives of petitioner no. 1, they are facing threat to their life and liberty. As per the documents enclosed with the writ petition, both the petitioners are major.

(3) Petitioners, duly identified by their Counsel, appeared before us. Petitioners stated that they are serving as Panchkarm Therapist; petitioner no. 1 is serving as such at Rohtak in State of Haryana, while petitioner no. 2 is serving as Panchkarm Therapist at Dwarka, New Delhi. Petitioners apprised that since there is difference in Saini community and this is the reason of annoyance of the family members of petitioner no. 1.
