By means of instant petition, the petitioner has sought

the following reliefs:-

“(i) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of

certiorari quashing the order dated 25.09.2024 (Annexure No. 14) passed by the Respondent No.1 whereby the Misc. Petition No.3 of 2021, Ms. Himani Joshi and others Vs. Chairman, Bar Council of Uttarakhand was dismissed and Resolution No. 4 of General House Meeting of Bar Council of Uttarakhand dated 04.01.2021 (Annexure 9), which was regarding the termination

of the service of the petitioner.

(ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of

mandamus directing the respondents not to remove the petitioner’s from the post of clerk in the office of Bar Council of Utt
