the applicant to set-aside the impugned charge-sheet dated 18.07.015, summoning order dated 02.11.2015 and the entire proceedings of Criminal Case No. 2035 of 2015, under Sections 420, 467, 468 of IPC, pending in the court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Roorkee, District

Haridwar.
