The present Application has been

filed by the applicant-Prakash Chandra Punera seeking anticipatory bail in Case Crime No.140 of 2024, registered at Kotwali Pithoragarh, District Pithoragarh under Section 420 of the Indian Penal

Code, 1860.

5. The present Anticipatory Bail Application (No.849 of 2025) is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to the applicant to file a fresh but in accordance with law.
