(2) After arguing for a while, learned Counsels for the petitioners submitted that since identical issue is pending consideration before Uttarakhand Public Services Tribunal in Claim Petition No. 88/DB/2024 (Harsh D. Joshi v. State of Uttarakhand), therefore, these writ petitions along with entire record may also be relegated to the

Tribunal.
