This is the second bail application filed under

Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, by the Applicant, Dharmraj Dhami, a Nepali national, seeking regular bail in connection with FIR No. 0181 of 2024, registered at Police Station Raipur, District Dehradun, for offences punishable under Sections 8, 20, 29, and 60 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 (“NDPS Act”).
