The petitioner has filed the present Writ

Petition praying for the following reliefs:

i. To set aside the impugned judgment dated

27.12.2021 passed by the learned Uttarakhand Public Service Tribunal in claim petition No. 149/DB/2019 “S.S.Yadav vs. State of Uttarakhand and others” (Annexure No.1 to this writ petition) and impugned judgment dated 13.01.2021 passed by the learned Uttarakhand Public Service Tribunal in Review Application No. 1/DB/2022 “S.S. Yadav vs. State of Uttarakhand and others” (Annexure
