3. Petitioners participated in a selection held by Uttarakhand Public Service Commissioner (in short “Selecting Body”) for the post of Additional Personal Secretary. The grievance raised by petitioners in these writ petitions is that during typing test, there was some technical glitch in the key-board of the computer, on which they were asked to give typing test and due to such glitch, considerable time was lost and petitioners could not complete

typing test.

4. Mr. Ashish Joshi, learned counsel for the Selecting Body submits that in terms of the order(s) passed by Coordinate Bench of this Court, on different dates, petitioners were permitted to again participate in the typing test, which were on-going, however, their result has not been declared so far, for want
