Chandra, Advocate for respondent no. 4.

4. By means of this writ petition, petitioner has sought the following

reliefs:-

“i) Issue any writ, order or direction in the

nature of certiorari to set aside the recovery order dated 23/10/2024 passed by respondent

no. 3, which is (Annexure no. 1) in writ petition

ii) Issue writ order or direction in the

nature of mandamus directing the respondent no. 2 & 3 to stay the recovery citation dated 23/10/2024 from the petitioner the amount of rupees 30,56,605 for some time period as

Hon’ble Court deems fit.

iii) Issue writ order or direction in the

nature of mandamus directing the disposal of the representation dated 25/10/2024 which is

Annexure no. 11.”

5. Mr. Anshu Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner makes a statement at the bar that the writ petition has become infructuous, as the proceedings, pending before Deputy Director, Consolidation,

has been decided.

6. The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed as infructuous. However, petitioner shall be at liberty to seek remedy before the appropriate forum.

7. Interim order dated 11.11.2024 stands vacated.
