JUDGMENT

Petitioner is challenging the termination order

dated 29.11.2021 passed by Regional Director of Education (Secondary), Nainital. He has also challenged the order dated 06.04.2022 passed by Director, Secondary Education, whereby his appeal against

termination order was dismissed.

2. The facts, on which there is no dispute is that petitioner was initially appointed as Group ‘D’ employee in the year 1985 in a Government School. While serving as Group ‘D’ employee, petitioner obtained B.Ed. Degree from Bhartiya Shiksha Parishad, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh in the year 1994 and on the strength of B.Ed.
