This Application for anticipatory bail has been

filed by the applicant-Krishna Kashyap in Case Crime No.557 of 2025, registered at Kotwali Haridwar, District Haridwar under Section 109(1), Section 3 (5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 3 read with

Section 25 of the Arms Act, 1959.

2. According to the respondent, on 12.08.2025, co-accused Lakki had opened fire on the informant, which hit his thumb. The present applicant had taken

the co-accused Lakki away from the spot on a scooty.

3. Heard Mr. Bhuwan Bhatt, learned counsel for the applicant and Mr. Tumul Nainwal, learned Assistant Government Advocate for the respondent.
