This writ petition filed under Article 227 of the

Constitution of India by the petitioners is directed against the judgment and order dated 10.03.1969 (wrongly written 18.03.1969), passed by learned Assistant Collector, Pali, Ranikhet, Almora in Case No.20 of 1968- 69, annexure no.2 to the writ petition, as well as the judgment and order dated 23.07.2025, passed by the learned Commissioner, Kumaon Division, Nainital, in Revision No.9 of 2024-25 (Previous Revision No.60 of 2021-22), annexure no.8, whereby the revision petition filed by the petitioners was dismissed as being highly time barred and the application under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, 1963, for condoning the delay has been

rejected.
