1. The present second bail application has been filed by the Applicant,

Zakir Ali, seeking his release on bail in connection with F.I.R. No. 106 of 2023, registered under Sections 302 and 201 of the Indian Penal Code at Police Station Pulbhatta, District Udham Singh Nagar. The

Applicant has been in judicial custody since 01.06.2023.

2. The case, as reflected from the F.I.R. dated 31.05.2023, is that the

complainant alleged that the niece of the complainant was murdered by her own father, the present Applicant, and his son. The occurrence was stated to have taken place on 22.05.2023, and the last rites of the

deceased were also performed immediately thereafter.

3. It was further alleged that when the complainant received the

information of the death on 25.05.2023, he inquired from the Applicant and his son, who told him that the deceased had hanged herself. Dissatisfied with the explanation, the complainant
