Applicant-Kuldeep Nandrajog is in judicial

custody for the offence punishable under Section 420 and Section 120B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 in Case Crime No.406 of 2023, registered at Police Station

Bahadarabad, District Haridwar.

2. According to the First Information Report dated 11.10.2023, lodged by the informant Suresh Arora, M/S Octagon Builders and Promoters Private Ltd. allotted a plot to the informant in the year, 2008. He paid entire consideration i.e. Rs.7.00 lakh, but he has not been given possession of his plot. The said company was promoted by Mr. Kuldeep Nandrajog and

his father.
