(2) Petitioner participated in a selection held by Uttarakhand Subordinate Services Selection Commission for the post of Assistant Teacher, LT Grade. Since the name of petitioner was not included in the list of successful candidates, therefore, she has filed this writ petition seeking the

following reliefs:

“i) Issue a writ of certiorari

quashing the revised answer key dated 10.01.2025 insofar as revised answers to Question Nos. 12 and 13 of Booklet Series- C are concerned (Annexed at Annexure No.

5 to the writ petition).

ii) Issue a writ, order or direction

in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondent no. 3 to review the revised answer key dated 10.01.2025, insofar as answers to Question Nos. 12 and 13 of Booklet Series-C are concerned and to eventually treat Option ‘B’ and ‘A’ as correct answers to Question No. 12 and 13 respectively, being in consonance with the initial answer key

dated 24.08.2024.

iii) Issue a writ, order or direction

in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondent no. 3 to declare the petitioner as a selected

candidate and to recommend her name for appointment to the post of Assistant Teacher (Arts) by amending the provisional recommendation list dated 09.02.2025 insofar as subject ‘Art’ for Assistant Teacher (LT Grade) is concerned.”

(3) Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the issue raised in the present writ petition has already been dealt with and decided by coordinate Bench in Writ Petition (S/S) No. 232 of 2025.

(4) Mr. Shailendra Nauriyal, learned Counsel appearing for the selecting body and Ms. Mamta Bisht, learned Deputy AG appearing for the respondent no. 1 and 2 concede that the issue raised in the present writ petition has been decided in Writ Petition (S/S) No. 232 of 2025.

(5) Accordingly, in view of the consensus between learned Counsel for the parties, writ petition is decided in terms of the judgment dated 4.6.2025, rendered in Writ Petition (S/S) No. 232 of 2025.
