(2) Petitioner participated in a selection held by Uttarakhand Subordinate Services Selection Commission for the post of Assistant Teacher, LT Grade. Since the name of petitioner was not included in the list of successful candidates, therefore, she has filed this writ petition seeking the

following reliefs:

“i) Issue a writ of certiorari

quashing the revised answer key dated 10.01.2025 insofar as revised answers to Question Nos. 12 and 13 of Booklet Series- C are concerned (Annexed at Annexure No.

5 to the writ petition).

ii) Issue a writ, order or direction

in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondent no. 3 to review the revised answer key dated 10.01.2025, insofar as answers to Question Nos. 12 and 13 of Booklet Series-C are concerned and to eventually treat Option ‘B’ and ‘A’ as correct answers to Question No. 12 and 13 respectively, being in con
