The present Application has been

filed by the applicant for anticipatory bail in Case Crime No.36 of 2025, registered at Police Station Basant Vihar, District Dehradun under Section 376 of the

Indian Penal Code, 1860.

2. Heard Mr. Shakib Hussain, learned counsel for applicant, Mr. Deepak Bhardwaj, learned Brief Holder for respondent and Mr. Sanjay Kumar,

learned counsel for informant.

3. Applicant-Vikas Kumar, is present through video conferencing. He is identified by Mr. Shakib Hussain,

Advocate.

4. The First Anticipatory Bail Application (No.442 of 2025) was dismissed as withdrawn on 01.08.2025 granting liberty to the applicant to file

afresh.

5. After some arguments, Mr. Shakib Hussain, Advocate, has requested to permit the applicant to withdraw the present second anticipatory bail

application.

6. The said request has not been opposed by the respondent and the informant.

7. The present Second Anticipatory Bail Application (No.44 of 2025) is dismissed as withdrawn.
