4. The present Criminal Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been filed on behalf of the Petitioners against the Respondents, particularly Respondent No. 2- Smt.
Manisha Verma, with the following prayers:
“(i) Issue a writ, order, or direction in the nature of certiorari calling for record and quashing the FIR No. 0578 of 2024 dated 13.07.2024 registered under Section 385 and 506 IPC at Police Station Kotwali Jwalapur, District Haridwar inasmuch as the Petitioner’s and the Respondent’s family has agreed to amicably settle their disputes and withdraw their respective complaints filed
against each other.”
