The present writ petition has been filed by the Petitioners under Article 226 of the Constitution of India challenging the FIR/Case Crime No.0611 of 2024, under Sections 323, 498-A of IPC and under Sections ¾ of Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961 and under Sections ¾ of the Muslim Women (Protection of Rights on Marriage) Act, 2019, at Police Station Kotwali Roorkee, District

Haridwar.

5. Petitioner No.1 – Abad Mohammad, is present in the Court and the private Respondent No.3, is present before this Court through VC, who are being duly identified by their respective

Counsels.
