4. The present Criminal Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been filed on behalf of the Petitioners - (1) Mohd. Murtja S/o Abdul Wahid, (2) Anisha W/o Mohd. Murtja, and (3) Nurjahan Malik W/o Abdul Wahid against the Respondents, particularly Respondent

Nos. 3 to 6, with the following prayer:

“(i) To issue a writ, order, or direction in the nature of Certiorari quashing the impugned F.I.R. registered as Case Crime No. 0025 of 2025, dated 20.01.2025, under Sections 316(5), 318(4), and 61(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, lodged at Police Station

Kotwali Roorkee, District Haridwar.”

5. Today, the matter is listed for disposal of the Compounding Application (IA No. 01 of 2025, Paper No. 19), seeking permission to compound the offences
