(2) Saini Sabha, Haridwar is a society registered under Societies Registration Act, 1860. There are two executive committees, which are claiming to be in effective control over the affairs of the society. One of such committee has filed this writ petition seeking

the following relief:

“I. Issue a writ, order or direction

to respondent no. 2 to decide the representations dated 26.09.2025 & 04.10.2025 (Contained in Annexure nos. 3 & 5 respectively) as early as possible, preferably within time which is given by this

Hon’ble Court”

(3) According to petitioner, it has made representation to the Deputy Registrar, Firms, Societies and Chits, Haridwar on 26.9.2025, followed by another representation dated 4.10.2025. Learned Counsel for the petitioner prayed that Deputy Registrar be directed to take decision

on those representations.
