Applicant-Kuldeep Nandrajog is in judicial

custody for the offence punishable under Section 420 and Section 120B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 in Case Crime No.215 of 2024, registered at Police Station

Bahadarabad, District Haridwar.

2. The First Bail Application (No.1038 of 2025) was dismissed as withdrawn on 17.06.2025 with liberty

to file afresh.

3. The informant Smt. Uma Sharma lodged the First Information Report against five persons including the present applicant alleging that she had invested a sum of Rs.9,86,500/-(Rupees Nine Lakh Eighty Six

Thousand Five Hundred) for a plot with M/S Octagon Builders and Promoters Private Ltd., but the builder has not yet handed over the plot to her. Now, the builder is allotting undeveloped plot.
